Inappropriate Behavior
This is therapeutic massage, any clients requesting or gesturing for anything other than therapeutic massage will be escorted off the premises, charged for a full session and not invited to return.
Cancellations & No Shows
Unexpected events can result in last minute changes to your schedule, therefore, please allow 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Less than 24 hours notice and no shows will be charged the full session amount. It is understood that sometimes extreme circumstances are out of a person’s control. Sarah will use discretion in determining fees charged for unforeseen situations.
Late Arrivals
Plan to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late and there is no one scheduled after you, you may still receive your full session, but this is not always the case.
